A Subdivision Survey is carried out by a registered land surveyor to divide a parcel of land into two or more lots. The survey establishes new lot boundaries and determines the area and location of each new lot. This type of survey requires Development Application approval from the local council and other relevant authorities for the creation of new titles for each lot.
